Unity Circle for Change:
No Refund Policy

​As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to education, equity, and empowerment, Unity Circle for Change relies on the generosity of its donors and the commitment of its program participants to fulfill its mission. Therefore, all financial transactions are governed by the following policy:

1. General Donations

All financial contributions (donations) made to Unity Circle for Change are considered final and non-refundable.

• Donations are immediately put to use to fund our core programs, including the Unity Scholars Fund, Veteran Voices & Transition initiatives, and Health & Wellness support.

• Once a donation is processed, we cannot issue a refund.

2. Event and Program Fees

Fees paid for specific services, events, or programs (including, but not limited to, the Elevate Entrepreneurship Lab, consulting services, and ticketed events) are generally non-refundable.

• Exceptions: Refunds for program or event fees may be considered only if the organization cancels the event or program entirely.

• If a participant is unable to attend an event or program for which they paid a fee, the fee will be treated as a non-refundable donation to the organization. Transfers of registration to another individual may be considered on a case-by-case basis prior to the start of the event or program.

3. Recurring Donations

Donors enrolled in recurring donation programs may cancel their commitment at any time, but funds previously processed are not eligible for refund. Cancellation will only stop future charges.
